Come and share our "sweet home", in a quiet "village" atmosphere in Paris.
We are living in a double flat of 53 and 57 square meters on the 7th floor of an elegant building of the 1930s in the district names "Les Batignolles".
We offer you, according to your wishes and the number of persons, either:
- The guest room of 15m2 with double bed (160 cm) with its living room and office space. In common: dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
- The 53m2 guest apartment up to 4 persons with 1 bedroom, 1 living room with very confortable sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
Rates per night for the guest room : 60€ 1 person, 70€ for 2 and for the guest apartment 100€ up to 2 persons, 110 € for 3 and 120€ for 4 persons.
Breakfast are included and you are welcome to prepare meals in the equiped kitchen.
The neighborhood is nice with its many shops and restaurants and its corvered market, Batignolles square, Marthin Luther King park and la cité des fleurs, a street with small English style houses. 900m away, Place Clichy offers a large cinema complex, an arthouse cinema, the theatre L'Européen and many restaurants from fast food to famous institutions.
A 1.5 km walk will lead you to Montmartre through its maze of small streets, squares and stairs up to the "Sacré coeur" and its beautifull view of Paris
Another 1.5km will lead you to Monceau park with its museums: Cernuschi (Asian art) and Nissim de Camondo (eighteenth century furnitures).
Don't miss also the Jacquemart André museum (collections of a traveller couple), the musée de la Vie Romantique (a country house in Paris) and Gustave Moreau museum (the artist workshop).
